The National Dialogue on GBV Protection Centres in Kenya brings together government institutions, civil society organizations, development partners, community leaders, survivors, and grassroots organizations to discuss sustainable approaches for strengthening survivor protection and support services across the country. The dialogue aims to explore pathways for establishing and strengthening adequately funded Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Protection Centres in every county, ensuring survivors have access to safe shelter, psychosocial support, legal assistance, healthcare services, and economic empowerment opportunities. This forum provides a platform for sharing best practices, lessons learned, and policy recommendations that can strengthen Kenya's response to GBV while promoting survivor-centered, community-driven solutions. Saidika organization is delighted to share that Our Director have been selected to participate in the ECOSOCC–Cambridge AI Capacity-Building Training for Civil Society Organisations, taking place 9–10 July 2026 in Nairobi, Kenya. Following a highly competitive and merit-based selection process that attracted over 1,200 applications from across Africa and beyond, we are grateful for this opportunity to join fellow changemakers in exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can strengthen the work of civil society organizations and drive sustainable development. This training, organized by ECOSOCC Secretariat in partnership with Cambridge University Press, represents an important milestone in my leadership journey. I look forward to gaining practical AI knowledge, learning from leading experts, collaborating with inspiring participants from across the continent, and applying these skills to create greater impact through Saidika Organization and the communities we serve. Our sincere appreciation goes to the organizers for this opportunity. The GreenWorks 4 Africa (GW4A) Summit 2026 brings together leaders from government, business, civil society, and development organizations to promote green skills, climate innovation, sustainable jobs, and partnerships that support Africa's green economy. Why Saidika Organization is Attending Youth unemployment, climate change, and limited access to green skills continue to affect many communities across Africa. Saidika Organization is attending the summit to gain practical knowledge, build strategic partnerships, and explore innovative solutions that strengthen youth employment, climate resilience, and sustainable livelihoods in the communities we serve.

Despite significant progress in Kenya's health sector, challenges such as limited grassroots representation in health decision-making, fragmented civil society coordination, inequitable access to quality healthcare, and gaps in accountability continue to affect health outcomes. Guided by the principles of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3 and SDG 17), this convening brings together civil society organizations, government, and development partners to co-create practical solutions that strengthen advocacy, policy implementation, and collaboration. Saidika Organization will contribute grassroots perspectives and community-driven evidence from its work in informal settlements, helping shape inclusive, people-centered health policies and stronger partnerships that ensure no community is left behind.

Saidika Organization is joining this workshop to share community perspectives and advocate for practical, inclusive solutions to the challenges facing refugees. Empowering Youth for the 2027 Election is a youth civic engagement forum bringing together young Kenyans, leaders, civil society organizations and key institutions to promote informed, peaceful and meaningful participation in Kenya’s democratic process. The forum will feature a panel discussion, open Q&A and networking, creating space for young people to engage on civic participation, governance, accountability, youth leadership and peaceful elections ahead of the 2027 General Election.
