Climate variability and declining agricultural productivity threaten the livelihoods and food security of smallholder farming communities. Farmers need practical approaches that help them adapt to changing conditions while improving productivity, protecting natural resources and strengthening household incomes.
Our Solution
Farms Forward Kenya combines local farming knowledge with practical climate-smart approaches. The project will support farmers through climate-smart agriculture training, water-saving practices, resilient crops, sustainable soil management, farmer cooperatives and demonstration farms where new approaches can be tested and adapted.
